Q: Do you support custom designs or private labeling?
A: Yes, we offer a full range of customization services, including style design, fabric selection, color adjustment, size specifications, as well as brand labels, hang tags, etc.
Q: Do you provide samples? How is the sample fee calculated?
A: We support sample provision, and the sample fee is determined by the specific product. If a subsequent order is placed, the sample fee can be deducted from the order total. If you require a sample, please provide the specific style and your requirements, and we will arrange it as soon as possible.

Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies for different products, but typically the MOQ for a single style and color is 1,000 pieces. For new clients or simpler styles, we can offer more flexible solutions. Please feel free to inquire further.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: The standard production lead time for regular orders is 30-45 days, depending on the order quantity, process complexity, and fabric availability. Rush orders can be negotiated for expedited processing. We will provide a detailed schedule upon order confirmation.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?

Q: How do you handle it if the goods have quality issues?
A: We are committed to taking responsibility for product quality. If you find any issues upon receipt of the goods, please provide photo or video evidence within 7 days. We will arrange for compensation, re-production, or a refund, depending on the situation, to safeguard the client's rights.
